Who Are We?

Jenelle Ferrer is a Broker and Team Lead for the Waypointe Group and the leader of the Waypointe Network. Our incredible network is growing quickly and we want you to be a part of it.

After owning her own brokerage, Jenelle joined eXp Realty when she saw the amazing opportunity it offered her production team and independent agents. From there, she's been able to expand her network all over the U.S. to include other agents into our family.

With her passion for training real estate agents and over 15 years of experience in the industry, her goal is to establish a network of professionals that have constant education, accountability, and support as they grow their real estate business and achieve their goals.

Lourdes Aguirre, Jenelle's mother, has almost 40 years of real estate industry experience from residential to commercial development. Her connections and industry insight are invaluable to this network.
