Jenelle Ferrer

Raised in Miami, Florida, Jenelle has called Central Florida home since 2006. A proud Oviedo resident, she brings an authentic love for this community to every client relationship.

With over 20 years of experience spanning real estate and hospitality, Jenelle received her real estate license in 2007 while working on a large development in Orlando. In 2016, she opened Waypointe Realty — and in 2021, merged with eXp Realty, the fastest-growing real estate company in the world.

She holds a B.A. in Communications from Southeastern University and a Master of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. A Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Jenelle brings a rare combination of market intelligence and creative strategy.

Beyond real estate, Jenelle is deeply invested in her community — serving on the boards of the Oviedo-Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce and Save Rural Seminole. She and her husband Lucas, along with their three children, are active in their church community in the Oviedo/Geneva area.
