1. Live Oak Reserve

One of the largest communities filled with beautiful mature trees in Oviedo Florida is the Live Oak Reserve neighborhood, right off of County Road 419. It is also across the street from The Sanctuary community and Lawton Chiles Middle School and next to Partin Elementary.

Not only is it just minutes away from Florida SR 417, but Live Oak Reserve is also home to lovely lakes and conservation areas.

This community offers a fitness center, aquatic center, and children’s park.

The homes here start anywhere from 3 bedroom homes all the way to 8 bedrooms. The neighborhood is divided into 16 different villages with numerous houses for you to settle down in, with each community is just as welcoming as the next! 3. Huntington

Huntington is a neighborhood in Oviedo, Florida. It is located on the west side of town, near the intersection of Alafaya Trail and State Road 417. The community was developed in the 1980s and consists of large custom single-family homes on at least half an acre.

4. MacKinleys Mill

Mac Kinsleys Mill is a neighborhood in Oviedo, Florida. It is located on the east side of town, is located off of SR 417 just east of the Greenway on SR 434. The community was developed in the 1990s and consists of single-family homes on over-sized lots with plenty mature trees. Honrable Mention: Seminole Woods

Love the rural lifestyle but with modern amenities. Seminole Woods is a gated community just outside of Oviedo city limits. It is located off State Road 426 in Geneva, the community is just eight miles north of Oviedo and about 15 miles east of Sanford.
