Biography

Georgia M. Bryant, comes to Waypointe with over 15 years of real estate experience and over 40 years in corporate America. She holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Georgia moved to Orlando over 32 years ago from Houston, Texas and knows the Central Florida area and have seen its growth over the last several decades. Georgia has always been customer satisfaction oriented which has provided her success with her real estate business meeting her client’s needs. Her business grew because of referrals which is a testament to her ability to engage with her clients during the buying and selling process of their homes or even leasing rentals.

Her philosophy is to communicate expectations for her and her clients which clear the path for misunderstandings. She believes that the customer is making a huge investment and should be treated with the utmost respect to the end of the process.

Georgia is a native South Carolina girl from the low country. She met and married her husband of 26 years here in Orlando. She has five children and 7 grandchildren, which she adores her family. Georgia has been very active in the community lending support to Hope Worldwide, Second Harvest, Eccelston Elementary Reading Program to name a few. She believes in giving time to the community she loves and lives in.
